- I built and scaled the Product Design team to a cross-functional unit of five, introducing a unified design system, scalable workflows, and a mobile-first approach that improved product usability and coherence across platforms.
- I also introduced AI-driven design workflows using tools like Figma’s Make & Stitch to accelerate wireframing and stakeholder alignment — enabling faster iteration and more data-informed decisions.
- I spearheaded the design of several key initiatives, most notably:
Installer Agent App: A mobile-first project management tool that helps installers manage site assessments, installations, and aftercare using an Uber-style model.
KYC & Credit Risk Assessment Platform: A robust verification and credit scoring solution that reduced default rates and made financing safer and more efficient.
Sales Agent workspace: A unified interface for agents to track customers, manage payments, and monitor project progress across financing, outright sales, and redistribution deals.
- I also played a key role in fostering SunFi’s design culture, mentoring designers, & establishing documentation standards.
- So far, these has resulted in the growth of the company, seeing a significant reduction in end
consumer drop-offs and default rates, achieving over 60% increase in customer acquisition within
2 years, over 70% increase in MRR, partnering with over 60 solar businesses in Nigeria, and a Raise of $2.325 million in seed funding.

- Led the complete redesign of Pesa’s mobile app and design system, enhancing usability and visual consistency for migrants sending money to 35+ countries.
- Defined a refined design language focused on simplicity, visual hierarchy, and accessibility, improving clarity and user confidence across the app.
- Streamlined key user flows across onboarding, wallet management, and transfers, reducing friction and improving task completion time.
- Resulted in a cleaner, faster, and more intuitive mobile experience that strengthened user trust, engagement, and Pesa’s global brand perception.
This redesign enabled Pesa to expand its remittance services to 36 new European countries, including the United Kingdom, China, and India, and successfully launch its services in the United States.
These efforts also contributed to a significant reduction in customer complaints, $256 million in total transaction volume, and over 100,000 (over 500% in acquisitions) downloads across the Google Play Store and App Store.

- Delivered high-fidelity user flows for credential and session management screens, enhancing developer clarity around key rotation and authorization rules.
- Shipped design work directly used by developer teams to build banking infrastructure tools.
- Incorporated feedback from fintech partners and used North Star documentation to align design goals with business KPIs.
The beta version achieved great success, facilitating over $400 billion in total transaction volume, attracting more than 60 partners, driving 30% month-over-month (MoM) revenue growth, and processing over 5 million API calls. This success positioned Anchor to secure a total of $3.4 million in funding—$1 million in pre-seed and $2.4 million in seed—while also earning acceptance into Y Combinator's prestigious Summer 2022 cohort.
